Local Community Center Launches Clothing Drive

Helping those in Need

The local community center has launched a new clothing drive to help those in need in the area. The drive is part of a larger initiative to provide support for families who are struggling due to the ongoing pandemic.

How You Can Help

If you would like to contribute to the clothing drive, there are several ways to do so. The community center is accepting donations of gently used clothing for all ages and sizes. They are also in need of new socks and underwear, which will be distributed to families in need.

"We are thrilled to be launching this clothing drive and are so grateful for the support of our community," said Jane Smith, director of the community center. "Every little bit helps, and we hope that this initiative will make a real difference in the lives of those who are struggling."

Drop-Off Locations

Donations can be dropped off at the local community center during business hours. The center is located at 123 Main Street and is open Monday through Friday from 9am to 5pm. In addition, the community center will be holding a donation drive-thru event on Saturday, April 1st from 10am to 2pm in the parking lot of the center. Donors can simply drive up and drop off their donations without having to leave their car.

Spread the Word

If you are unable to donate clothing or other items, you can still help by spreading the word about the clothing drive. Share the news with your friends and family on social media, or post flyers in your local community center or library.

Together, we can make a difference in the lives of those who are struggling. Thank you for your support!
